This product has strong anti-sticking, anti-graffiti and anti-fouling functions. It is specially designed for the protection of the rough surface of public buildings. Its design concept is to spray the anti-graffiti paint on the carrier substrate by automated production equipment according to strict regulations in a strict factory production environment after the customer’s specified pattern is sprayed. Dry and solidify under certain temperature and humidity control.

Anti graffiti PVC wrap structure:

1. Functional surface layer:
sprayed with high molecular polymer, the coating surface can prevent any adhesive or permanent ink from forming molecular bonds and adhering to it, or the adhesion is extremely unstable and easy to be cleaned.

2. Adhesion reinforcement layer:
polymer nanomaterials promote the adhesion of surface materials and smooth substrates, so that the functional surface layer is firmly integrated with the carrier substrate. At the same time, it has functions such as anti-ultraviolet radiation, anti-aging, and anti-high temperature.

3. High wear-resistant reinforcement layer:
composed of aviation silicon crystal polymer, it can make the patch have extremely high wear resistance, increase service life and impact resistance.

4. Spray-painted pattern layer:
sprayed with outdoor oily ink, various patterns can be designed and printed.

5. Carrier substrate layer:
using outdoor PET thickened material, it has the characteristics of high strength, strong weather resistance, and long service life.

6. Strong double-sided adhesive layer:
using thickened adhesive layer up to 180 microns, with strong adhesion, to ensure that it will not loosen or fall off during long-term outdoor use.

7. Release paper protective layer:
protect the product glue layer before construction.
